What Baxter is

Baxter is a travel readiness and organization tool. Baxter helps you organize trips, track travel documents, and surface changes that may affect your plans.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Baxter account or use Baxter. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will delete the account and its data.

What Baxter is not

Baxter does not replace airlines, governments, hotels, rental companies, or any official travel authority. Baxter does not guarantee flight status, airline operations, airport operations, visa approval, entry approval, passport acceptance, boarding eligibility, or any travel outcome.

Traveler responsibility

You are responsible for verifying official travel requirements directly with airlines, airports, governments, hotels, rental companies, and other official sources. Baxter is not a substitute for official guidance.

Beta and test features

Baxter is in active development. Test and beta features may be incomplete, delayed, or change without notice. Demo or test information must not be treated as live travel data and should not be relied on for boarding, entry, or any travel decision.

Account and data

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support. See our Privacy Policy for details on what Baxter stores.

Governing law

Baxter is operated by Travel With Baxter LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
